Welcome to Fireside Counseling, the private practice of Dr. Gary J. Freitas, licensed psychologist. Therapy is about making changes in your life. These changes can include thinking about things in a new way or developing different strategies for dealing with the same old problems. I believe in taking a solution-focused approach to help clients make the most of their lives.  I treat adults and adolescents (13 years old and above).
